Server Reboot

The server has stopped responding to ping correctly so i have put it in for a reboot

services will be restored shortly

Unfortunately one of the drive partitions went into read only mode after the reboot so the server is performing a file system check currently to resolve the issue

This may take a short while to complete depending on the level of errors the check finds

The file system check has not been able to resolve the errors on the drive so far, despite repeated attempts both remotely by myself and my Angus in the Data centre, so we have a tech who will look at the drive to resolve the issue

Unfortunately at this stage this will not be until the morning

We will update everyone with more details as we have them

Hi All,

We had a tech run a number of scans on the file system yesterday. It corrected several issues that allowed the server to reboot successfully and return to normal operations. We have continued to monitor the server closely and there does not appear to be any further issues.
