Datacentre Outage

There is currently an system failure within the air-conditioning system in the Brisbane Datacentre

This failure is affecting one of the server rooms where we have racks located

As a precautionary measure all affected servers have been powered down to prevent hardware failure

At this stage we dont have any information on how long this outage will be but Angus is personally heading into the datacentre to investigate and we will access the situation once hes there in a few minutes.

As soon as we have more information i will update everyone with further info.

Datacentre techs are workign on the issue currently and while this goes on we are progressively powering up the affected racks and network services and servers will begin to come back online within the next 10 to 15 minutes.
