The server has become unresponsive so i have put it in for a reboot

Services should be restored shortly

The server is not responding to ping or to the reboot command so i have asked the datacentre to investigate.

I will update everyone as soon as i have information

The server is back online and responding correctly

At this point it appears a driver failed on reboot and left windows hanging.

Michael is investigating the issue further
