We have identified an issue affecting clients who's ISP's use Uecomm to route to the server.
It appears the 202.60.89.x range has an issue within their routers 2 hops above the datacentre's border gateway routers
Ive notified the datacentre of the problem, but as this issue is outside of the datacentre its beyond our control
