We will be undertaking an upgrade to Plesk to upgrade it from verion 8.2 to version 8.4 this evening starting at 10pm AEST to try and correct an error with Plesk communicating with Mail Enable

There may be some brief interruptions to IIs during this process and Plesk control panel will be unavailable while the upgrade takes place

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but this is necessary emergency maintenance to correct this issue with email

The server is being restarted to apply the Plesk 8.3 patch

there will be a further patch applied once this is completed and a second reboot later this evening may be required

I am currently running the plesk reconfigurator to correct the mailbox settings for all sites

This process will take a couple of hours, and during this time POP and Plesk access will be unavailable, however mail will continue to deliver

Michael is still working on this issue as some clients email accounts are still affected.

I apologise for the delay in getting this resolved, but this issue has not been seen by us or anyone from Plesk before and we have had trouble trying to identify the cause of the issue because of Plesk's poor logging of errors, and there even poorer support

As soon as we have more information we will update everyone further

Hi All,

We are still working on this issue. The issue has resulted from a mailenable (mailserver software) upgrade that is failing to integrate with plesk successfully. We are working with both plesk and mailenable in order to locate and resolve all issues. Thus far plesk's support has not provided us with any feedback on the issue.

I am pleased to let you know that the issue has been resolved and I am no longer getting errors in the logs. Please check over you email accounts and let me know if you have further issues.

The issue was caused by mailenable software and a .dll that had been installed in a past version that was no longer required by the new version of mailenable but if located mailenable would attempt to load it.
