Downtime

Hi,
I have seen my website not being available atleast 15-20 times in the last couple of months. A few of my customers have complained of that as well, quoting that i guarantee them 99.9% uptime for the server. Is there any email list where I can subscribe to so that i know the cause for the server being unavailable.

Yes you can subscribe to your servers maillist at our emergency support site. [/b]Alpine Support[b] (http://www.alpinesupport.net).

The site also have status reports on all servers, and links to Alertra uptime reports.

Also just because you cant see the site it may not mean the server is down. Often ISP routing issues (especially in Australia) may mean you may not be able to see the site, but others around the world can.
