An outage has occured on the server and we are just working on a restore of the helpdesk to get it back online as soon as possible

Hi All,

The helpdesk is back only. Please check any tickets as the helpdesk was restored from a backup at 5pm so there is a loss of around 2hours to when the issue occured on the Brisbane server.
