Hi may be there should be a closed email group on which people can share there techical difficulties. People would also know about new things then and the problems that others are facing and also come back with replies if they know the answers. This would also mean that a lot of questions which are repeatedly asked will be reduced. Just though it was a good idea and may be we should ahev it as well
