IIs on the server needs to be rebooted shortly to fix an mdb lock file issue on a clients account

The service will be offline for a couple of minutes to fix the issue and then IIs will be restarted.

I apologise for any inconvenience caused, but unfortunately this is the only way the problem can be resolved on a windows server.
