Websites/Email down - no FTP access

Hi guys,

Is Hotham having issues again? All websites down, email accounts failing + no FTP access to sites?

Went to http://www.alpinehosting.net.au/ to log support ticket but can't get on to that either.

Please advise urgently as to prob so I have answers as my clients start contacting me.
