Apache and phpSuexec will be upgraded on Aspen tonight (monday 1st August) at 9pmAEST as per the announcment made the other day at:

http://www.alpineforums.net/index.php?board=3;action=display;threadid=489

PHP will be changed to a CGI Module and will be running PHPSuexec.

There may be a minmal downtime of around 5-10 minutes during the upgrade.

I will be posting an announcement in this discussion prior to the commencement and at the completion of the upgrade.

If you have any queries on the upgrade please refer to:

The upgrade process is commencing now, a restart to the server maybe required in around half an hour, I will post a message once the upgrade is complete.

The upgrade process is now complete and PHP is now running in CGI mode under PHPSuexec

If you encounter any 500 Internal Server errors on a PHP file or directory check to make sure you dont have a .htaccess file containing php settings, if you do create a new file called php.ini and include those settings in the file and upload it into the folder that you are having problems with and then remove those settings from the .htaccess file.

If you are unsure on how to do this, or if you have any problems with any scripts since the upgrade please open a support ticket at the helpdesk and we will be glad to help
