How do you get people to reply to your emails? I can't log into the damn help desk because my username and password don't work.

I have emailed sales@ support@ steve@

But no one replies.
I even called the number but guess what - no one answered.

I did want to upgrade my account and to get some custom work done but there is no one on board. The website clearly states 24/7 but I sent the first email over a week ago.

So please I beg of you Please will someone help me with the questions I have and give me the support I will pay for. Its not like I am asking for it for nothing. I am not asking for a favour. It is money that I paid and more money for answering some stupidly easy questions and maybe an hour or 2 of paid PHP programming.

Why is this so damn hard?

Hi

To use the help desk you just need to create your own log in and password the first time you use it

I am afraid we do not reply to emails (and the telephone is for sales enquiries only and is staffed during normal business hours) due to support being through the help desk so if you'd like to register there and submit a ticket someone will be happy to assist you

Thanks I assumed from the context of the welcome email that registration was already done. The welcome email even specifically says what my username and password for the help desk is. I never even thought that I would need to register.

I've registered now and sent a request in.
The domain was linuxit.com.au
The user name was linuxit

I have now created a user with the same username in the helpdesk.

The confusion here has been caused by us being half way thru transferring to our new support and billing system.

Unfortunately i got ill half way thru the transfer and have been in hospital so things are a bit mixed up currently.

We will have everything sorted by the end of the week
