On the 05-June-2005, At 23:00 Hours (11pm) through to 03:00 Hours (3am) AEST 06-June-2005 (Sunday Night / Monday Morning QLD Time), the Brisbane datacentre's main upstream provider, Optus, will be performing capacity upgrades within their network.
This will affect the Hotham server.
We expect there to be minimal downtime during this period (Approx 15 minutes), however Optus has asked us to allow a four hour window during this period for which they may interrupt connectivity.
As the Alpine Support Helpdesk is operated from the Hotham server the helpdesk may become unavailable during this upgrade.
During that time please submit any support requests to me via the PM (private messaging) sysytem here in the forums.
If you have any queries on this planned outage please let us know.
