After having spoken to several Tech support staff, Cpanel developers and the datacentre we have decided, in the interests of everyone, not to give resellers access to their master domain records via WHM.
The reason you currently don't have access to them is because they're owned by the administrator of the system.
It's basically insurance for us. Many times resellers will terminate their main domains accidentally or enter some erroneous value for quotas like '99999'.. which isn't a good thing to do.
So we have decided to enforce this.
If you would like any setting changed on you master domains please submit a support ticket at the Helpdesk.
