There appears to be a major network issue affecting the Dallas datacentre.

Im looking into this currently

The datacentre and upstream carriers have enginneers working on the issue currently and they believe they will have services restored shortly.

i will update with more info as i get it.

Services have been restored however we are still waiting on details on the cause of the issue.

There appears to still be intermittent issues for some routes into the datacentre.

This outage is a major event with 4 datacentres affected.

Im still waiting on an official report on the issue, but i do know that engineers are still workign on the issue.

i will update everyone as soon as we have more information
