The server has just gone in for a quick reboot to remove a locked CPanel update process that was jamming up exim

The server has failed to respond to the reboot port so ive contacted the datacentre to investigate.

im awaiting an update form them currently.

Im afraid we have had no respnse from the datacentre snce our initial contact. Im trying to follow up on the situation but until i get information back from tehm i have no further information to report.

I will however update everyone as soon as i have info, and i can assue everyone that Angus will be reading the riot act to the owners of this datacentre.

I have been making every effort to contact the Data Centre without success but as soon as I do I can assure you they will be incurring my wrath in a big way

The server is now backonline and fucntioning correctly.

The issue appeared to be related to an incorrect MAC address being assigned to the router and network cards.

Angus will be reviewing the situation and perfomance (or lack therof of this datacentre)
