Due to an unidentifiable hardware issue on the server the datacentre will be taking the server offline for a period of about 5 minute sin order to replace the ram and drive cables as these have been identified as the probable cause of the servers instability in the past 48 hours.
Apologies for the lack of notification
services will be restored as soon as possbile

We have just rebooted the server, the datacentre is currently arranging a new machine as the issue now points to a systemboard issue/failure
unfortunately these things are hard to pinpoint until the actual failure occurs.
we will keep everyone uptodate as we have more information

Due to the instability of the current hardware we are preparing the server for a migration to new hardware.
The server will be offline from 3pm AEDST (2pm Brisbane time) for a eriod of approximately 30 minutes whille the datacentre makes a clone and backup of all client data and out Operating system
we will then bring the cloned drive back online in the current server while we arrange for a brand new server to be build by the datacentre for us.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused, we are workign on this issue as fast as possible.
