Buller has stopped responding so ive just done a hard reset of the server.

Apologies for any inconvenience, we will get services back up as soon as we have determined the problem.

We are awaiting information from the datacentre but at this stage the outage looks serious, we believe its a hardware failure but cant confirm it currently.

I will update everyone as soon as i can.

Stuart is in the datacentre working on the server currently and preparing a replacement server in the event that it is needed.



I hope to have a report on the situation shortly.

The server is now back online and performing correctly. We will closely monitor the server overnight to ensure everytihng is ok, but we should expect no more issues from this outage.
