This is a quick post to notify everyone of some major changes to the Alpine Internet websites.
NEW WEBSITE
We have just launched our new look websites, which will make them easier to use. As part of the new look there have been a number of changes in the structure and layout of the sites. These changes include:
NEW ALPINE HOSTING SITE, PACKAGES AND AUSTRALIAN SERVERS.
We have a complety new range of hosting and reseller packages located in the US and on our new servers in Brisbane, Australia.

NEW ALPINE SUPPORT SITE.
We have just launched our new Self Help support site and added a range of new features with more to come over the coming weeks. As part of the changes we have updated out helpdesk system. Current users will need to re-register for new to use the help desk system.

NEW SIGNUP AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.
As part of the upgrade our accounting system has had an extreme makeover. All our billing is now in Australian Dollars and we now have a new look Customer Accounts center. Our new system alows you to order new accounts and upgrades, view online invoices, update contact info and more.

NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS SYSTEM
As part of our makeover we have changed our News and Announcements system. We now request that everyone subscribe to the Announcements Forum for their server in order to recieve important service announcements. We will be introducing even more great new functions and features over the coming weeks, and we'd like your feedback and comments on our new look.
