We will be performing cPanel upgrades on all servers tonight, as well as attempting to synchronize server software (such as ImageMagick, Zend, etc)
Apache will be rebuilt on all servers and PHP will also be upgraded to 4.3.7
The new cPanel version will bring many bug fixes, as well as a few other significant changes, such as:
- New WYSIWYG editor for cPanel (Go into File Manager, and click on a HTML file, use HTML editor)
- Ability to generate CSRs in WHM now. You will still need to open a support ticket for us to install the actual cert, however you can generate CSRs.
- New WHM skin
- Numerous bug fixes.
We will be starting the upgrades around 10pm AEST. Each server may have a few minutes of POP3/Services downtime during the upgrade, however it shouldn't be noticable.
We will post an announcement in each forum when we start, and finish the upgrades for each server.
