An important message from Alpine Internet

Dear Customers

I am saddened yet happy to announce the sale of the Alpine Internet group including Alpine Hosting to Angus Thomson and the Alba Group.

My reasons for selling are numerous, but include my ongoing health concerns, and the desire to see Alpine develop and expand well beyond my current capabilities.

The Alba Group is suitably placed to help Alpine fully develop and evolve as they have been operating in the industry for some time now, and have a highly skilled team of staff, of whom you will all soon be introduced to.

I will be staying on with Alpine in a Tech support role.

Angus, myself and the new team are happy to discuss any concerns you may have relating to the sale of Alpine, feel free to contact us.

So I'd like to publicly congratulate The Alba Group, for their purchase of Alpine Internet and extend a warm welcome to their team, as they integrate into the Alpine Internet Community and tech support roles etc.

I'd like to say a big hello to all you Alpine Interneters. We are thrilled to have taken over the running of the business and look forward to a long relationship with yourselves and with Steve.

Steve has already started work with ALBA on a full time basis and will continue to be the point man for Alpine and for the majority of your contacts with ALBA

The only change you will notice at the moment will be how you make your payments.

The actual payment processors will remain the same however we will need to transfer you from the current Alpine accounts which you are being charged by or paying into. These just need to be changed to the new Alpine Internet Accounts which we have recently created

For those currently paying by Paypal or Paysystems on a recurring basis we will be sending you out the necessary information individually

For those paying by Cheque, Money Order or Bank Transfer the new details can be found in your account centre

Although there will be some changes in the future designed to increase the range and level of the product offererings, along with some rationalisation of price structures, I can assure you all current agreements and price schemes will stay in place for AT LEAST the next 12 months.

I am sure some of you will have some questions so please feel free to post them here where Steve, Nicole, Kerri and myself will be more than happy to chat with you
