Due to some hardware issues, datacentre engineering staff are currently performing emergency maintenance on the CAR2-3 Layer-3 switch and will be again performing maintenance at 11.59PM CST. The work should take about 1 hour to complete, and during this time any servers that are routed through this router will be inaccessible.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the downtime is necessary to replace several pieces of hardware that are believed to be causing the issues today
