Just a few questions regarding dedicated server packages you offer. Are the servers virtual dedicated or individual rackmounts and where are these servers located?.
What penalties apply if a server exceeds it's monthly allocated bandwidth?.

All servers are individual mounts. We offer servers located at The Planet, N@C and HE.net datacentres normally, but currently only servers at The Planet are available.
The cost for bandwidth overage is $1.00 USD per GB.
You can however request to be upgraded to 1.5TB per month for an extra $250USD per month.
