Please use this thread for requesting customer support forums access.

Please include your username of your account somewhere in your post so we know you are actually a customer of ours.

You need to register as a forum user first. We use a different user/pass system for the forums for security reasons.

Once you have registered i can then give you access to all the forums. :)

Just simply register as a user of the forums by clicking on the link at the top of the page.

Emails arent currently working.... username/password are not valid... although the default address does in my case 'myescape' however none of the emails are...

eg: email@domain.org pass: ***** :P isnt working but myescape pass: **** does...

Hi access has been setup, and bandwidth is calculated every 12 hours and is by calendar month

As fr your cpanel pass drop in a ticket at the helpdesk and we can get that sent back out to you
