Garry Our general Hosting servers are located in "The Planet" data center in Dallas Texas. We have several gigE connections to various providers, using BGP protocols.
Further information can be found HERE (http://www.alpinehosting.net/network.php)
Hi,
Do you have any scripts where I can see what php and perl modules are installed ?

Garry we dont have and public access scripts for that as it could cause a security issue. Suffice to say we have almost all widely used modules installed.
What were you looking for specicically?
Hi,
I am not sure what modules are need but I want to be able to run:
phpmanager and perldesk and possible Cerberus Helpdesk as time goes on.
Would you be willing to install secure php and perl modules on request ?

Garry

Yes no problems with any of those scripts, we run perldesk our self infact. And yes we will certainly install most secure modules :D
Just two other question I think, would it be possible to have jailed shell ?
Can I upgrade to another package on the same server ?

Gary, all of our packages are fully upgradeable from the smallest package right thru to the top reseller package.
Unfortunately we do not offer shell access on standard hosting accounts. Resellers however are grandted jailed access.
If you require work done from within shell, we are happy to do it for you.
Hi,
So before I decide let me get this right
Datacenter/Network is at: The Planet
PHPManger and Perldesk: should work fine
PHP/Perl Modules install: willing to install secure modules
Can upgrade: Yes
Jailed Shell: No, but support will be willing to do it for me.
Is that all right ?

Garry
